Shipping Fees

• A flat shipping fee of ¥22 will be charged for orders with a total amount of less than ¥500.
• Free shipping is available for orders with a total amount of ¥500 or more to all areas in Japan.

Delivery Time

Under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days after shipment.

Delivery time may be delayed under the following circumstances, and we shall not be liable for such delays:

• Weekends and statutory holidays
• Non-business days of third-party logistics providers
• Force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disasters and traffic control

Delivery Method

We offer two delivery options for you to choose from when placing an order:

• Courier Delivery: Door-to-door delivery to the filled address, with real-time logistics tracking available.
• In-store Pickup: Collect your order at the designated store with the pickup code after order confirmation. The specific pickup time and address will be notified by email.

Shipping Policy

• Orders will be processed for shipment normally upon successful payment. For pre-sold or customized products, the shipment time shall be subject to the information stated on the product detail page.
• In case of order abnormalities, unclear delivery addresses, out-of-stock items or other issues, our customer service team will contact you proactively for confirmation and solution.

Other Policy

• The shipping fee only covers basic logistics and delivery services, and does not include additional services such as door-to-door installation and unpacking (please consult us separately for such services if needed).
• Wereserve the right to adjust the shipping policy according to operational needs and logistics cooperation changes, and any adjustment will be announced in advance.
• Our store shall reserve the final right of interpretation of this policy.
