Return & Exchange Policy

 In case of product quality issues, please keep the defective product properly and follow the instructions after contacting us. Before the warranty review, we may ask you to provide videos or photos of the product issues, or require the product to be returned for professional inspection.

Please check the product information promptly upon receiving and signing for the product. If you have any questions about the product, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days (including legal holidays) starting from the day after signing for it, and late applications will not be accepted (this applies to all actual recipients such as yourself, relatives and friends, and couriers at pickup points).

After submitting a return or exchange application, you will receive an email notification of acceptance from our customer service. We will arrange for logistics staff to pick up the product at your door within 7 working days. Please properly pack the product in its original packaging (packing bag/carton) and hand it over to the pickup staff. After the customer service receives and inspects the product without any issues, we will process your refund or send out the new replacement product in a timely manner. (Warm reminder: Some free email systems may block our notification emails. If you do not receive a reply more than 3 working days after submitting the application, please first check the spam/promotions folder of your email, or you may call us directly to confirm if the email was missed.)

Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange service. If multiple products in the same order need to be returned or exchanged separately, please submit the application all at once. No second return or exchange application will be accepted for products for which an exchange has been completed. If the replacement product is out of stock or cannot be shipped for other reasons, we will process a refund for you.

After we receive the returned or exchanged product you sent back and inspect it without any issues, we will process your refund or exchange immediately.
